Our premium doors are produced with a continuous pressure laminate (CPL) finish. This high-quality finish consists of layers of synthetic resin-saturated kraft papers and a top layer of printed or plain colour decor paper which is protected by a crystal clear melamine overlay. With the appropriate machinery, CPL surfaces can be performed. Due to its outstanding duroplastic properties, CPL laminates are especially resistant to impact and abrasion and superior to standard melamine faced chipboard or similar substrates. The result: an extremely durable material for various applications.

It is made of 3 individual layers: full engineered core, a 70g parchment layer that confers a better bonding between the engineered core and the finish layer, and the CPL (Continuous Pressure Laminates) surface. Acacia CPL surface has noticeable wood grain with a maximum impression of genuineness with the following benefits: UV light, scratch, pressure and shock resistant, insensitive to stains, simple to clean, easy to maintain, consistently beautiful appearance even after many years.
